I’m Eric Mangano, an insurance agency owner, entrepreneur, and someone who believes this industry can completely change a person’s life when they learn how to use it the right way.
I built this group because I know there are talented producers working inside agencies right now or individuals in a totally different career who have the ability to become owners, but don’t know what the path looks like. Insurance can provide that path.
My goal is to help people understand the business from the inside out — how to enter the industry, develop real sales skills, become a strong producer, understand the numbers, learn leadership, prepare financially, and eventually build toward agency ownership.
I’m still actively operating and growing my own agency today that has generated multiple millions in revenue, which means what I share here comes from real experience — the wins, the mistakes, the hiring decisions, the sales challenges, the financial pressure, the growth, and everything in between.
