5 *'s nothing less! Ive been a member of this community for almost two months now. I not only feel like i found the knowledge thats gonna take me too the next level, but I also feel like I found my people. Accountability, dependability and a real sense of community runs deep in the foundation and im so very thankful to be apart of it. I dont think anything stands in our way, together PRINCIPLES without question will be the leader in creating hair educators that matter.

I came into barbering in my 40s after leaving the corporate world, and there were times I genuinely questioned whether I’d made the right decision. I could cut hair, but lacked the understanding to create consistent results. Through Nathan’s mentorship, 1-to-1 education and Principles, I’ve learned the fundamentals and, more importantly, the why behind what I’m doing. Eight months on, I’m back behind the chair, in a new shop, more confident and enjoying barbering again!
