Prevail Grind is a private real estate education community built for action.
This is the home of the Prevail 300 Open House Challenge, a disciplined, three-phase program (Build. Sharpen. Scale.) designed to help agents create consistency, confidence, and real results through open houses.
The First 100: Build Phase is $97, and you must complete the First 100 before moving on to the Next 100.
The Next 100: Sharpen Phase is $57, and you must complete the Next 100 before moving on to the Final 100.
The Final 100: Scale Phase is $57, this is your final phase.
Program Rules & Structure
- The program consists of 300 days of execution
- All phases must be completed within 365 days
- Phase II and Phase III must be started within 25 days of completing the prior phase
- If a phase is not completed within the allotted time, it must be restartedÂ
The Prevail 300 operates on an honor code. No one monitors your progress. No one chases you. The results come from doing the work.
