Lionesses Role Model's - FREE RESOURCE
I’ve just created a FREE coaching resource inspired by the England Lionesses, designed specifically for girls’ teams and grassroots coaches.
The Lionesses Role Models pack includes player-focused challenges and role-model profiles based on real England stars, helping young players:
- Set clear matchday and training targets
- Learn what different positions actually look like in games
- Build confidence by copying the habits of players they admire
- Feel inspired by female role models in football
I built this resource because there still aren’t enough women’s football–specific tools for coaches working with girls — and this is something I use with my own team.
