My Unique Healing Signature ✨
- My top 3 talents: I am a great listener and make people feel safe and comfortable to open up vulnerably / I am very empathetic and can sense what’s beneath the surface / I am good at creating beautiful and safe spaces for people to heal
- What I'm most passionate about in my healing work: I LOVE how the body speaks the truth and I'm obsessed with the mind-body connection. I am passionate about holding space for people to go to the depths of their emotions and release what’s been held and stuck in their bodies
- The results I consistently create for people: Bringing people back to their bodies. Grounding them and leaving them with a feeling of peace and ease
- What surprised me most about this exercise: how I've intuitively known about these gifts and talents but I've never taken the time to write them down like this. This was a very powerful exercise. Thank you!! ❤️
