Ignorance
The world didn’t reboot for you.
Phassa is simply the moment contact becomes experience.
Without contact, nothing is measured; with contact, a “world” appears.
Not because reality begins there—
but because awareness starts registering signs.
And then comes the subtle deception:
Perception (saññā) steps in.
What was just contact
is now named, shaped, and believed.
The sign becomes “something.”
The feeling becomes “mine.”
The appearance becomes “the world.”
This is where illusion begins.
Perception does not reveal truth—
it constructs meaning.
We are not deceived by the world,
but by the perception of it.
When you see perception as perception,
without following it—
wisdom unfolds.
