The 24 Hour Drift Interrupt
Over the past few days, we’ve been talking about drifting.
Becoming aware of it…Noticing where it shows up… Recognising the quiet ways it can take hold.
But awareness is only the beginning.
At some point, we have to gently interrupt the pattern.
Not with pressure. Not with a complete life overhaul. Just with one small, intentional shift.
So here’s something simple to try over the next 24 hours:
The Drift Interrupt
Choose ONE area of your life that feels slightly out of alignment.
Then ask yourself: “What would one intentional choice look like here today?”
It might be:
  • Saying no to something you’d usually say yes to
  • Taking 10 minutes for yourself instead of pushing through
  • Starting something you’ve been putting off
  • Speaking up where you normally stay quiet
Nothing big. Just different.
Because direction doesn’t change through massive action.
It changes through small, conscious decisions repeated over time.
If you feel comfortable, share your one “drift interrupt” below 👇
Let’s build momentum together.
