When do we know we have confidence?
I used to think confident people simply had fewer doubts.
Now I believe something different.
The people I admire most still have questions.
They still wonder if they’re doing the right thing.
They still face uncertainty.
The difference is they don’t let those doubts make today’s decisions.
Every day in communities like this,
I see people learning something new,
trying something they’ve never done before,
and encouraging others while they’re still growing themselves.
That isn’t the absence of fear.
That’s confidence in action.
