Language is Infrastructure
What surprised me when I started working closely with AI wasn’t the technology itself — it was how much of what’s breaking isn’t technical.
It’s language
It's structure
It’s clarity.
Being a writer taught me something tech often overlooks: language is infrastructure.If the language is vague, the system fails, no matter how advanced the tools are.
As we’ve been building our system, it’s become clear how much my background as an English major has shaped its development. This is still a largely unexplored area in tech, and it’s something we’re actively learning through the work itself.
I’ll be sharing what we’re discovering as we build, launch, and teach people how to use this technology effectively. You will be hearing me talk about this subject a lot in the future, because from what I see, it is a missing layer in today's AI discussions.
