Fasting
Hi everyone, so I was into my first ever fast but I quit. I felt like my heart wasn’t in the right place and I just didn’t know how to fast. I know I have to read my Bible, worship, and pray but I just don’t understand how to fast. I prayed the lord would forgive me for saying I was gonna fast but I quit it. If anyone could give me tips on how to fast and complete a fast I would love it. I just feel like I let God down.
