YAY! No more neck brace!
I went for my 6-week post-op check up today and the doc said I don't have to wear the neck brace anymore!!! I am still on a 20-lb lift restriction and no headstands. 🤣
I just might try a little throwing tonight if I get home from the committee meeting in time. WootWoot!
