Why This Matters
This work matters to me
because I’ve seen what happens when the body is not supported properly.
Not just in others
but in myself.
Pain, tension, dysfunction
they don’t just come from one place.
They build over time
through how we sit, stand, breathe, and move every day.
What changed everything for me
was realizing this:

• The nervous system begins to calm
• Movement becomes more efficient
