BODY: Train 5x week: currently weightlifting, but like , I’m down to switch things up and try something new with y’all bad mofos! Meal Prep: my biggest challenge is eating enough throughout the day. I stay pretty busy so I’m challenging myself to eat my 4 prepped meals, and mass gainer: GOAL WEIGHT: 205. Current weight 185
SOUL: meditate every morning for 30 minutes. Write, visualize my goals. Read my affirmations.
