For too long, refs have only been seen as the ones who punish bad behavior. But we know refereeing can be more than that.
We believe referees can be leaders of respect, recognition, and real sportsmanship.
That’s why this coalition exists — to give you the tools, support, and recognition you need to not just enforce rules, but shape the culture of the game.

✅ Step 1: Introduce Yourself
Drop a quick post in the “Introductions” thread: your name, sport, and why you joined the Coalition.
✅ Step 2: Get Your Green Cards
Check your inbox for details on your starter pack (if you haven’t already grabbed yours, [link to offer/join page]).
✅ Step 3: Take the Positive Ref Challenge
Inside the “Challenges” tab, you’ll find your first action step:
Hand out a Green Card in your next game and post a quick recap in the group.
