we should think of ourselves as a mercenary professionals - incredibly skilled at getting the job done for the right price. it’s served me well throughout my career, viewing each Company as a “client” that I serve instead of my boss.

A client either sees your true value or doesn’t and that’s on them. part ways and move forward.
This doesn’t mean burn bridges or be callous, it’s understanding that the current price you pay me isn’t enough for my future.
This is one of the Mindsets that’ll keep your income growing into the future.
