🗣️Welcome ATL Podcasters!! A Little About Me

For those of you who don’t know, my name is Gerald Davis, I’m the founder and one of the organizers of the meetups that you’ve attended. I’ll give you a quick version of my “why”, and I’d be happy to elaborate for you later if you’d like. I started the meetup I felt that the podcasting space (especially in Atlanta) was getting very celebrity driven, and did not offer a real, live, breathing community, that went past motivational talks, and helped with the ACTUAL way to have the podcast of your dreams.

Here’s the twist though, although this is an online community, I really think that the magic really happens when we get together. I can book 5 amazing guests in 1 meetup, and it may take 5 months online. That’s the magic of being in the room. So my goal is to have this really be an “after party” for when our meetups are over. My big goal is for you to meet someone in the meetup or event, and then say “awesome, okay I’ll message you in the group and then we’ll go from there!” Wouldn’t that be cool?!
