absolutely crushed his Tiger Talk Friday on leadership through creating Trust by Design 💯
A couple of my takeaways were to really take the time to get know the people in your organization on a one-to-one basis. Be sure to take the time to ask questions so that you can truly understand and appreciate what each person is doing in the organization and furthermore, to create trust through genuine human connection.
