Intro
Hello my name is Chloe May! What excites me the most about RE Investing is generating passive income and being a a vehicle to help myself and others become financially free.
I have worked in construction logistics the last 2 years and have built out many GC and sub contractor relationships! Happy to make connections if this is useful for anyone. My top 2 RE goals this year are:
- Get my first SFR this year (rent to buy option ideally) or du, tri or quad plex (using seller financing).
- Be a part of one commercial deal (make $ from it, or have an equity stake in it).
