Project Managers: a quick resume insight 👀

Many PMs I review wear multiple hats (Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator )but their resume shows one vague title: “Project Manager.”

The problem?

Recruiters don’t guess. ATS doesn’t interpret. If your role scope isn’t clear, your value gets missed.

A simple fix:

✔ Clarify your role context

✔ Show frameworks used (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

✔ Highlight impact, not just responsibilities
