I just wanted to pop in and let you all know why I’ve been a little quieter than usual over the last couple of days.

Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather and extremely exhausted, so I’ve been taking things a little slower and giving myself a day or two to rest and recharge.

As much as I love showing up here every day, I’ve learned that sometimes we need to listen to our bodies and allow ourselves the time to recover.

The good news is that I’m already starting to feel a little better, and I’ll be back to my usual self very soon. In the meantime, please continue supporting one another, sharing your wins, asking questions, and making the most of everything available inside the community.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It means more than you know. 🫶
