The PKS Running Club isn’t really about running.
It’s about trying to stay consistent when life is busy, messy, and unpredictable. Most people here already know what they should be doing… the challenge is actually doing it. Work, kids, energy levels, injuries – it all gets in the way.
This is a place to keep things simple.
No pressure. No perfect plans. No pretending you love every run or session. Just people trying to show up, do something, and feel a bit better for it.
Some days that might be a solid run or gym session. Other days it’s a walk, or nothing at all… and that’s fine too.
The focus is consistency, not performance.
You’ll find accountability, honest conversations, and people who get it. No hype, no nonsense... just a space to keep moving, stay grounded, and not lose yourself in the chaos.
