Before Saturday's debate, I asked what your biggest leadership challenge is.
The room said:
Alignment.
Decision delays.
Not being able to give the right answer in the moment.
Then the motion: "Experience is overrated." 48% agreed. 79% said they weren't open to changing their vote.
By the end, only 24% still agreed.
People who said they weren't moving, moved.
