webflow template suggestion

Got my first freelance consultation booked in for thursday. He's given me a concept that im researching atm.

Dog walking site

User can create a profile and then add their dog with some input fields. (CMS)

calender integration where they can request their dog be booked in on x date. (webflow says use calendly)

Would be great if someone has built something similar to this. if not, then ill have to hand code.
