Has anyone used both Framer and Webflow?

If so, which one would you recommend for building a personal portfolio?

I’ve been experimenting with both. Right now, I have a UX/UI portfolio on Framer, but I’m considering whether it would be better to switch to Webflow. I’m just starting out, so I’d like the flexibility to build more practice websites while keeping monthly costs low, especially since I don’t have any clients yet.
