In any realm, fitness, business, spiritual - you NEED to do more to find out what your limit is. I would wake up at 5am before my hospital shift to teach myself how to code. Was I often burnt out? Yes. Was it worth it? 100%
A friend of mine travelled to Mauritania for 3 months alone to reconnect with the Quran. Absolute obsession is required.
