Methylene Blue
I'd like to ponder Methylene Blue. I'm not possessed to trying new things and seeing if it's helpful to my health (though I'm not willing at the moment to pay a lot for formal tests to verify beneficial results). If Methylene Blue helps with cognition and protects against Alzheimer's... Wouldn't TOTALLY cutting out sugar and refined carbohydrates first be more beneficial (assuming that those preaching Methylene Blue haven't already done this)? If Alzheimer's is potentially caused by a brain insulin resistance, and now linked to the term "type 3 diabetes," this is where I would start. Understandably, I've found these changes (especially in our current society) difficult, and my oldest daughter works in a bakery.

We challenge what we know without the need to be right. We pivot for a clear view and then choose to change if, it is a way 2 an outcome desired.
