Hello Everyone
I am Dr. Natoshia Anderson, from Atlanta, and I am the CEO and Founder of Nerdy Brain, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in helping women of color stand up for themselves in their workplace and stand out from the crowd to move into being who it is they want to be in life and in the workplace. I am also the host of STEMming in Stilettos podcast which celebrates women of color in STEM and gives them a safe place to tell their stories and give advice to the next generation of women of color in STEM. I am a coach and a mentor with over 20 years of experience as an engineer, and educator. I've been a guest on a few shows and podcasts like A Queens Roundtable and I've keynoted at UBC last year for their Women in Engineering event. I'd love to do more to encourage more Black and Brown women to enter into STEM careers.
