I just have to say!! Instead of teaching me to just mimic songs, Amos uses brilliant short reference tunes to train my ear in his Hear it, know it, play it approach focuses on distances and intervals. because of this, the keyboard has transformed for me, it now longer looks like a confusing wall of 88 keys, I'm finally seeing and feeling the piano as a repeating map of visual and physical patterns. If you want to move past mindless copying and actually learn, I recommend Amos's school.

I’ve followed Amosdoll Music channel for years and have always been amazed by how quickly he can hear a song and play it. Through his customised song request service, I learned some of my favourite Arabic songs. That inspired me to learn piano by ear, so Piano Mastery felt like the opportunity I’d been waiting for. I’m learning more than individual songs: I’m beginning to understand how music works, helping me develop musical freedom and creativity.

Amos does a spectacular job engaging with students in this class. He posts and updates learning materials and videos and he is very responsive to questions, comments, and suggestions. This class is great because it teaches you how to play from ear using music theory instead of relying on the traditional sheet music approach. I really enjoy this class and would recommend it, 10/10.
