I don't share this side of my personal life with too many people but I thought I might motivate at least 1 person here to follow this routine.
First of all I'll start with a quick story. A couple weeks ago I basically fell into a rut with my business and my health. It wasn't anything dramatic, however I felt really bad and not purposeful at all.
This feeling of pain kickstarted me into a completely new routine that was going to flip my life around 180 degrees...
- 4:30am wake time
- 2x week Sprints in the park
- Gym 4x week
- Clean food (NO SUGAR)
- Meditation 5 minutes a day
- Journaling 1 page everyday
- Bible Study daily
- No social media consumption
- Work on the hardest task daily
- 2 posts in Photography Skool daily
- 8:30pm bedtime
For those of you wondering it's Day 15 of this routine, I'm feeling soo awesome, I feel way more purposeful and motivated to tackle the day, and my consistency % is a bit above 90% at the moment if you average out everything on the to-do list.
My biggest thing to improve is the work and sleep, but overall compared to 1 month ago I'm a completely new person.
GIVE THE A TRY I PROMISE!!! You will not want to go back to your old ways haha!!!
