Over 8,000 of those—more than one in three—ended up expired, withdrawn, or canceled without being sold. Nationally, Realtor.com reports that about one in five listings are pulled without a sale.
Most sellers never get an explanation. They are often told to “lower the price” or “wait for the right buyer.” The truth is, many homes fail because standards in photos, how a home presents to the public, property descriptions, or launch timing were not applied.
