The #1 performing format is POV storytelling with authentic pet sounds. Open with a squeaky toy or your dog's excited whine in the first 2 seconds and you stop the scroll immediately. Educational "why does my pet do X" content is getting the highest watch time and shares right now.
On Instagram:
Before and after Reels are dominating — grooming makeovers, behavior changes, weight loss journeys. Real UGC content is also outperforming polished studio content. Keep it real.
