These two have been showing up on zoom every day, overcoming the fears of dialing in front of others so that we can help and/or critique in the moment and be there for support on your calls. Through that I’ve seen huge growth with both of them. Been listening to both of them dial and it is seriously impressive how quickly they’ve progressed the last couple weeks and put themselves in uncomfortable positions in order to maximize growth!!!
