💙 A Note From My Heart Today
I want you to know something.
You do not have to arrive here with the right words.
You do not have to explain why a room affected you, prove how you knew something, or defend the feelings no one else seemed to notice.
You do not have to make yourself smaller so other people feel more comfortable with what you perceive.
And you certainly do not have to pretend you are okay when you are exhausted from carrying emotional weight that was never yours to carry.
I created Perfectly Empathic because I know what it feels like to move through life partially visible—recognized for what you can do for others, but rarely understood for everything you experience beneath the surface.
I know the pain of seeing ten steps ahead and being dismissed—then watching everyone arrive at the truth you tried to share as though you had never spoken.
I know what it is to question yourself because other people were more comfortable doubting your perception than acknowledging what you could see.
But I also know what happens when you begin remembering who you are.
You stop asking, “What is wrong with me?”
You begin asking, “What am I actually perceiving?”
You stop trying to become less affected, less emotional, less knowing, less yourself.
You begin understanding the extraordinary abilities woven so seamlessly into your everyday life that you mistook them for ordinary.
That is what I want for every person who enters this space.
Not perfection.
Not another list of ways to protect yourself from being who you are.
Recognition.
Understanding.
Self-trust.
And the freedom to create a life that is no longer organized around everyone else’s emotions, expectations, and version of reality.
If you have been quiet here, you still belong.
If you are hurting, you do not have to hide it.
If you are beginning again, you are not behind.
And if some part of you has been waiting for permission to believe there is more to who you are…
This is your permission.
You are seen.
You are loved.
You are safe here.
Release what was never yours to carry.
Reclaim everything you came here knowing.
Rise into everything you were always meant to become.
Side by side. 🩵
