When did you see changes for yourself
I’ve been on gReta about 6 weeks I’m noticing some changes but I’m curious, outside of the scale, when did you really begin to see the changes, weight loss, looser clothes etc? My weight loss goal is 40-50lb, I’m thinking it’ll be about 12-15 weeks before I really see/feel significant weight loss from when I started. Share your experience if you’ve been on gReta for some time 😃 TIA
