Follistatin 344
It’s a myoststin inhibitor. Myoststin limits the amount or caps muscle grow. Follistatin 344 removes that cap allowing for muscles to grow freely. Best used with other compounds that promote muscle growth
RUO dosage
50-100mcg daily up to 30 days. My RUO protocol is to put it in the area of growth but that’s personal preference
