Dosage can vary based on you but this is a general guideline.
- Ss-31 2-5mg daily for 2-4 weeks (use Humanin if you have it too. 1-2mg daily)
- Motsc and 5 amino 4-6 weeks. Motsc 5mg 2-3x per week and 5 amino 1-2mg daily
- Nad+ 1-2 months . Start at 25mg 3x per week and titrate up as needed never doing more than 100mg 3x per week
