📚 New to Research Peptides? Read This Before Your First Post
I keep seeing the same posts daily: - "How much of X per week?" - "How much bac water for X peptide?" - "Can someone tell me exactly what to do?" Here's the truth: You're setting yourself up for failure. ❌ DON'T do this: - Blindly follow random advice from strangers - Message research companies asking for dosing help (you'll get them in legal trouble - their products are RESEARCH USE ONLY) - Expect others to do the work for you ✅ DO this instead: 1. Start with the basics - Complete the peptide beginner course in our classroom 2. Learn the fundamentals - Master terminology and conversions (ml to units, mg to mcg, etc.) 3. Watch tutorials - Check out reconstitution guides on YouTube or our classroom page 4. Take your time - I spent 6 months researching before starting. You should invest at least 30-60 minutes learning the basics. Why this matters: 30 minutes of education now will save you months of confusion, wasted money, and potential safety issues later. Goals - Stacking
I need a little direction. I have been through most of the comments and the skool/classroom posts. I am not finding exactly what I am looking for. Let's talk about my spouse. He is 50. He has about 30 pounds to lose. He also goes to the gym and does resistance training 4-5 times a week. His goals are weight loss and building muscle and body composition - but despite dedicated weight lifting he is not seeing results. The peppers we have considered are CJC/Ipa blends, Tesa and Sermorelin. As far as weight loss, we have in our home both Trz and Reta, but he hasn't tried either. From what he read Sermorelin is his first choice, from what I have read, I think there is a better combo. I am concerned just to start with the CJC/Ipa because of additional weight gain. Any suggestions? I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this Thank you!
