Big changes coming to our peptide price comparison list. I've been getting too many reports about poor customer service, delayed responses, and subpar support from some vendors currently listed.
Here's what's happening:
Starting NOW, all vendors have 2 weeks to step up their customer service game or they're getting removed from our comparison.
New minimum standards:
- Response time under 48 hours for customer inquiries
- Professional, knowledgeable support staff
- Clear communication about orders, shipping, and issues
- Proactive updates when problems arise
- Fair resolution process for complaints
To the vendors lurking here:
This isn't negotiable. Our community deserves better than generic copy-paste responses and 3-day email delays. You want to be on our list? Prove you actually care about your customers.

Keep reporting your experiences. Good AND bad our feedback is what drives these changes.
The peptide space is competitive enough without having to deal with trash customer service. Time to separate the pros from the pretenders.
