Traveling with peptides

I will be flying to Mexico in a couple of weeks and I have two questions.

1) will these insulated cases I see for sale really keep my peptides cold for10-12 hours?

2) when going through TSA, do the peptides have to be in with my other liquids or can I leave them in the insulated case?
