Alright, so about three weeks ago I posted about struggling with allergies, autoimmune stuff, and a nasty sinus infection. I decided to start Thymosin Alpha 1 to see if it could help with the sinus irritation and histamine response I was dealing with.
Week 1: I started noticing less sinus buildup and things seemed to be calming down a bit. That said, I was still pretty miserable with the irritation—mostly because the sinus infection had my nose running constantly. Not fun.
Week 2: This is where things got interesting. The histamine response really dropped off and I basically stopped blowing my nose. Like, almost completely. All that shortness of breath I was dealing with? Gone. By the end of week 2, I was maybe blowing my nose once a day if that. Honestly felt like a miracle compared to where I was.
Week 3: I feel almost normal again. I'm back in the gym pushing hard sets with zero breathing issues. Still using Flonase and another nasal spray, but man, the difference in my quality of life is insane.
Quick note: I also added glutathione at 50mg 3x per week around the same time, and I think that's been a huge help too.
If you're struggling with constant allergies and nasal congestion, this might be worth looking into. My research protocol has been 1.6mg 2x per week based on what I found in some studies.
