Tesamorelin Body Recomp?

Has anyone tried using Tesa as a way to body recomp? Been eating in a slight surplus to try to put on some muscle before my cutting phase at the start of next year. Trying to figure out if people have any good experiences with tesa helping in a recomp phase or if I should wait for my cutting phase to take advantage of the fat loss benefits
