Severe brain for on Reta

Started reta around 3 weeks ago at only 1mg, since then, I’ve been having a crazy level of brain fog. I’ve been thinking it’s due to electrolyte imbalance or something similar but was curious if anyone has had a similar experience. I drink a bunch of water so I don’t think I’m dehydrated. And was previously on the same calories as before reta so I can’t imagine it’s related to calories. Maybe it’s blood sugar related?
