Reta side effect?

Hello, I’ve noticed something different this time around pinning my dose of Reta. I have been on Reta for about 3 months now and this is the first time I get these symptom's. I bought my 50mg Reta from Apex and my BAC from alpha omega. My dosage is 8mg and this is me 2nd week on it. I have noticed that after I pin myself. The area on my stomach gets itchy after a couple hrs of pinning also I can feel that area hardened under my skin. This is my 2nd week feeling these symptoms that I have not experienced before.

Is this something normal or should I be worried ?
