Reta experiment update
I’ve been taking Reta for about a 6 weeks. Started off at 1mg a week for two weeks and now I’m on my fourth week of 2mg a week. I really haven’t lost any weight per say (Only 3 pounds), i have been tracking and working out. I do feel more muscular and leaner (probably because I’m taking test and working out) I know it takes time so I’m not to stressed I’m just wanting to know at what mg did people actually drop weight?
Notable: i do like being able to eat more and not fight myself the way i did on triz. I would say if i have food suppression its very light but im enjoying this since its easier to consume high protein meals.
