So, still pretty new to the whole peptide game. As a 55 year old man, very active Crossfitter, (5’8” 170lbs) my goals are 3 fold. 1) Feel good—reduce soreness post workout and improve recovery, 2) build strength, endurance, and add some muscle (not looking to bulk, but wouldn’t mind adding a little more muscle) 3) get rid of the belly and love handles—I am not overweight, as I have 12% BF and I can even see my upper abs, but can’t get rid of that damn lower belly. i am taking Reta to lean out a bit more, I am curious what some of the more experienced folks here would suggest I try to achieve my goals.
