My stack and progress
Im down from 300 pounds to 260. My current stack is reta, aod, 5 amino, and klow. My current plan is finish 4 more weeks of aod then and then i will be taking it out of my stack. It has worked well with my reta in burning fat. But after i make it to 240 im going to switch to a more muscle building stack with reta as my backbone for fat burning .
