🧪 What You'll Need:
- 1 vial of glutathione (1200mg lyophilized powder)
- 6ml bacteriostatic water (BAC water)
- Sterile syringes (3ml or 5ml recommended)
- Alcohol wipes
- Clean workspace
📐 The Math:
- Target concentration: 200mg/ml
- Total glutathione: 1200mg
- Required volume: 1200mg ÷ 200mg/ml = 6ml total volume
🔬 Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace
- Clean and sanitize your work area
- Wash hands thoroughly
- Lay out all supplies
Step 2: Prep the Vial
- Remove plastic cap from glutathione vial
- Wipe rubber stopper with alcohol swab
- Let air dry for 30 seconds
Step 3: Draw BAC Water
- Using sterile syringe, draw up 6ml of bacteriostatic water
- Remove any air bubbles by tapping syringe
Step 4: Inject Water into Vial
- Insert needle into rubber stopper at 45° angle
- Inject slowly - aim water stream at the glass wall, NOT directly onto powder
- This prevents foaming and protein denaturation
Step 5: Mix Gently
- DO NOT shake vigorously
- Gently swirl the vial in circular motions
- Allow 2-3 minutes for complete dissolution
- Solution should be clear and colorless
✅ Final Result:
- Total volume: 6ml
- Concentration: 200mg/ml
- Per 0.1ml: 20mg glutathione
🏠 Storage Instructions:
- Store in refrigerator (2-8°C / 36-46°F)
- Protect from light
- Use within 28 days once reconstituted
- Label vial with date of reconstitution
