FINALLYYYYYYYY. I hit my goal weight of 225!!!!! Now time to try to get to 200. Ive noticed that my energy level has dropped more but thats about it. I get tired around 2pm and want to take a nap but Ill take it...LOL. Once i get to 200 Im gonna start a workout regiment to start building muscle. I like to call this my lean out phase...LOLOLOL.
