Dosage question.

I upped my Reta dosage to 4mg and this week my appetite suppression is non existent. It worked at 3 really well but tapered off severely half way through the week. Should i maintain for the rest of the month at 4 and go up or stay at 3 after this month at 4?

I didn’t mess up on the reconstitution or maybe the vial i got from atomik wasn’t a good one???? Anyone ever get a bad vial of Reta before or titrate up and it doesn’t work they way a lower dose did????
