Dosage n frequency

I've been on 2.5 of tirz since June. Decided this week was gonna increase my dosage to 5 but split. Tuesday I did injection n, ended up doing another 2.5 yesterday because the food noise was extremely strong. Even today I literally have had to make myself stop eating...food has been on my mind all day today. Should I just do a full 5mg injection instead of trying to break it up. This is driving me crazy.
